This piece came to be as many of my sculptures have, in that I found the frame first and built the piece to fit. Perseid measures 31 inches in diameter and consists of glass decanter stoppers, glass spheres, ball bearings and marbles embedded in hammered, heat-colored construction-grade copper sheet, mounted on textured fabric inside a hardwood frame. Available for purchase.
